A fine sense of humor
Funny face at Wat Preypadoav ©2011 Geir Ertzgaard
I may be wrong, but from where I stand, Buddhists are considered as serious, contemplative and quiet, and humor is something you have to look hard for in their holy scripts, sacred places and houses of worship. Well, I think that must be a wrong impression. The young monks at Wat Preypadoav were a happy lot, and the sculptures around the fence surrounding the wat indicated nothing else than a nice sense of humor.
