The faceless photographer focusing on a subect without a face. Photo: Geir Ertzgaard
Every month my students get to compete in a photo challenge. I give them the subject, the students hand in one image each, and the winner gets recognition and fame in the class, and the pictre itself a spot on the wall in the school’s dining hall. This month, the subject I gave them was «Portrait without a face». Obviously, I can’t enter the competition, but I can try to produce something myself. So here’s my take on the subject, shot while spending half an hour with the students on Movannet, a pond near school.
