I spent a few days in the Capital after my two weeks in Ethiopia. When in Oslo, it is almost impossible to avoid the Royal Castle situated at the top of a hill overlooking the city. It is a place always visited by people, but this time there was only a solitary soldier guarding the entrance to castle. I wonder what goes through his head, standing there hour after hour, serving his king.
My friend Jan Ivar Vik is a master of overexposure, and inspired by him this time I thought that maybe overdoing the brightness would give a different take on this building, which is captured a thousand times every day. I leave it to you to judge if it works.
