Now and then people ask me to shoot some pictures for them, very seldom earning anything from it. But this summer I got my first real photo comission, with the subject being «My lost neighbour». I delivered 60 images which were shown for around 1000 people at a showing last week. I wasn’t present when the images were shown, and have no idea how they were received. But here is one of the images used. The idea was to make something abstract, and the green tone is by request of the customer. I don’t know if it works, but hey, if this is what customers want, I’m not the one to tell them that they’re wrong. So what do you thing? Does the image imply loss and loneliness? Does it work, or will this be my last commission?
